Hi, I’m Hannah
I was first introduced to yoga in 2011 through a course at IUPUI. Since then, yoga has continued to present its magic in all areas of my life, revealing ways to connect mind & body to spirit on a deeper level everyday. I completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Cityoga School of Yoga and Health under Marsha Pappas & Dave Sims. As a teacher, I love sharing the practice of yoga with beginners & advanced yogis alike, always amazed by its ability to present itself as a unique gift to each person. In the end, it's all about connecting to our true selves both on & off the mat.
