This class is themed to work on a specific aspects of the body, the energy body, and the mind. This class will utilize breath work, a physical set, and a meditation. The gong is used for relaxation. Because modifications are always available, it is appropriate for all levels.

Hi, I’m Hari Datti Kaur

Hari Datti Kaur, RYT500, is fascinated with the technology of Kundalini Yoga, which uplifts the mind and emotions, and strengthens the physical body. As a musician, she appreciates the enormous influence of the Naad (sound current) that is integral to this type of yoga, and often uses the Gong in class. Having personally experienced Kundalini Yoga's enormous benefits, she is compelled to share this practice with others. She studied intensively with these long-term Kundalini yoga teachers: Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Dr. Hari Simran Singh Khalsa, Mahan Rishi Singh Khalsa, Pritpal (Kaur and Singh) Khalsa, Mahan Kalpa Singh, and Shakta Kaur. She is Level 2 (500-hr) certified with the Kundalini Research Institute, and is working on additional 500-hr. certification through Dharma Mittra’s Life of a Yogi program. A member of the Yoga Alliance, Indiana Yoga Association, and International Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association; she has been teaching at CITYOGA since 2004.
